2. I build the fix.

   The single narrow piece that removes that step, on your own domain, with none of the modules you would never open. It sits beside the scheduling and invoicing product you already pay for, not in place of it.

3. I keep it running.

   The care plan covers monitoring, updates and fixes so the software keeps doing the job it was built for.
