You just opened a business. I’ll have its tech running in thirty days.
Three months at $300, then month to month.
Email, website, laptops and accounts, set up while you get on with opening. After that I’m the one you call.
What the first month looks like.
Day 1
Email with your name on it.
Your domain and company email go live on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The mail records get set too, so Gmail and Outlook trust what you send.
Day 2
Locked, and owned by you.
Every account gets two-factor sign-in and a place in a password manager. The domain, the email and every login sit in the owner’s name, on one sheet.
Day 4
Ready to work on day four.
Each person gets a laptop and phone set up, signed in and protected. A new hire later gets the same on their first day.
Day 18
Found on the map.
The website goes live and the Google Business Profile gets claimed, so a customer searching nearby finds the business.
What it costs elsewhere.

A typical first month for a new business. Drag through it to see what is done by when.
- Day 1Your domain and company email. On Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
- Day 1Mail that inboxes trust. The domain’s mail records set, so Gmail and Outlook can tell your mail really comes from you.
- Day 2Every account in your name. You own the domain, the email and every login, with one sheet that lists them.
- Day 2Locked sign-ins. Two-factor on every account and a password manager for the team.
- Day 4A laptop and phone for each person. Set up and ready to work.
- Day 5Protection on every device. Business-grade, the kind cyber insurers now ask for.
- Day 6Office Wi-Fi. Set up and locked down.
- Day 8Shared drive and calendars. Company folders, shared calendars and matching email signatures.
- Day 10QuickBooks, ready to take cards. Set up, connected, with card payments switched on.
- Day 18Your website, live. And your Google Business Profile claimed, so you show up on the map.
- Day 25Backups I have restored from. On the files that would hurt to lose, proven by restoring one.
- Day 30Ready for cyber insurance. One page an insurer can read, showing two-factor, device protection and tested backups.
Then I stay your IT person, month by month.
- Month 1$300
- Month 2$300
- Month 3$300
- Month 4 onMonth to month
It is $300 a month for the first three months, $900 in all, and the first month is paid the day we start. After that it carries on month to month at $300, and you can stop any month.
Every month covers each new hire set up on day one, each person who leaves locked out the same day, the updates and the fixes, and one person to call. The licenses and the hardware themselves, like Google Workspace seats or a new laptop, are billed to you at what they cost. Bigger projects, like custom software or wiring a whole office, get their own fixed price before any work starts.
