Who runs this site.
This site belongs to Mizell Software, run by Delaney Mizell in Raleigh, North Carolina. That is me. On this page, I and me mean me, and you means whoever is reading or using the site.
A price here is not a contract.
The prices on this site are the figures I publish. Paid work, whether that is the audit, a build, the care plan or AI training, starts only under a written agreement or order that we both sign. If that agreement and this page ever disagree, the agreement wins for that work.
Nothing on this site is an offer that becomes a contract on its own. Sending a form or an email does not bind either of us to anything.
Using the site.
Read it, share it and link to it. Do not attack it, overload it, scrape it, or try to get into parts of it that are not yours. Do not use its forms to send spam. I can block traffic that does any of those things.
Your portal account.
If you have a login to the client portal, keep it to yourself. If you think someone else has it, change your password and tell me straight away. I can suspend an account that is being misused.
What you send me, and who owns what.
What you send me through a form, by email or into your portal is handled the way the privacy page describes.
The text, drawings and code of this site are mine. Your data stays yours. Sending it to me or keeping it in your portal does not make it mine.
The site as it is.
I provide this site as it is. I work to keep it up and correct, but I do not promise it will never be down or never hold a mistake.
For your use of the site itself, my liability is limited as far as the law allows. Paid work is different: its signed agreement says what I owe you.
Where this site links to another one, that site and its terms belong to its owner.
The law, and changes to this page.
North Carolina law governs these terms. Any dispute about them goes to the courts in Wake County, North Carolina.
When this page changes, the change is dated here, and the last-changed date on this page moves with it.
