The $250 paperwork audit
Send the last pay application that came back or paid late, with the waivers and certificates that went with it. If that is easier, I go through it with you on a 30-minute screen share. You get back one written page showing where that paperwork cost you, with a fixed price to fix it.
What the page tells you
- The hours your office spends on it, a month and a year.
- The money at risk: certificates lapsed or about to, and pay applications with no lien waiver beside them.
- What would fix it, and its fixed price. The $250 comes off that price.
If your software already does this, I will say so in the first hour.
